The schematic diagram of the magnetic resistance resolver structure is as follows:
(1) Pole pairs
There are mainly 2-pole, 3-pole, 4-pole, 5-pole, and 6-pole types. There is an angle multiplication relationship here, that is, electrical angle / mechanical angle = pole pairs.
(2) Conventional parameters
DC resistance, input impedance, excitation signal (voltage, frequency, current)
Note: When designing the RDC circuit, special attention should be paid to impedance matching, the waveform of the excitation signal, and the way of the output circuit; at the same time, the optimization design and assembly of electromagnetic interference and high-temperature characteristics should be carried out.
(3) Conventional incoming material inspection:
1. Does the product specification model match the drawing?
2. Appearance inspection: including packaging method, check for scratches, delamination, damage, etc.
3. DC resistance inspection: use the resistance range of the multimeter to determine if there is a broken wire or severe short-circuit fault.
4. Waveform inspection: need to power on for detection, using special fixtures or simulation methods.
5. Other non-standard indicators inspection: high and low temperature, electromagnetic interference, insulation resistance, etc.
Installation precautions
1. After opening the box:
1) Carefully check for any cracks or other defects;
2) Do not directly pull or lift the lead wires;
3) Do not handle it illegally by hitting, dropping, etc.
2. During installation:
1) Installation accuracy requirements: Ensure coaxial installation as much as possible, with a coaxiality requirement higher than 0.05mm;
2) Avoid high-concentration corrosive gas or liquid environments;
3) Avoid high-radiation environments;
4) Do not strike vigorously, especially the coil part;
5) Do not loosen screws or other components at will to avoid affecting the rotation speed performance;
6) It is necessary to cover and protect the rotor part.
3. When wiring:
1) Signal line definition: Excitation R1-R2, signal S1-S3 and S2-S4;
2) Pay attention to the color of each wire and connect them correctly.
4. Before turning on:
1) Recheck the installation and safety clearance;
2) Check if the installation tools have been removed.
5. When operating:
1) Use standard operating environmental conditions and rotation speed;
2) Do not approach or touch the rotating shaft;
3) Do not drip oil or water onto the rotation sensor;
4) If there is severe vibration or impact during operation, contact the supplier.
6. When storing:
1) Store in a constant temperature and dry environment as much as possible.
7. During maintenance:
1) Combine incoming material inspection methods, carefully observe and inspect the appearance, rotor, conductivity, insulation condition (greater than 100MΩ), etc.
